Aurélien Lurquin: working biodynamically in Romery (France), crafting pure, terroir-driven Champagnes.
Tom & Wim Jacobs: creating beers, ciders, wines, and hybrids through wild, spontaneous fermentation, using fruits, herbs, and botanicals from his farm in the Hageland (Belgium).

Christmas Makers Market
We’re organizing a Christmas Market in Café Service!
When? 22nd of December, the Sunday before Christmas, from 12:00 til 17:00.
We’ll be serving some white, orange and red wine by the glass and Simon and Nanigui from Rush Rush will be pouring tastefull coffees for you.

Grote Salon @ Hotel de Goudfazant w/: Bolomey Wijnimport
On Monday the 28th of October we will be joining Bolomey Wijnimport at Hotel de Goudfazant for their biggest tasting ever!!!!! @bolomeywijnimport
More than 20 winemakers already confirmed and the number is still rising. Finishing on Monday with a big winemakers dinner with long tables.
For this dinner, they invited us to collaborate with the team of De Goudfazant to create a 4-course menu. Expect comfort food with a Belgian touch. During the dinner you’ll be drinking wine from the Bolomey Wine Bar, which they are going to fill up with hidden gems from their cellar.
